Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, anticipating market shifts and regulatory changes.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) relevant to our industry.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, tech partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Advise leadership on the allocation of R&D resources to maximize innovation ROI.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal innovation lab to prototype and test concepts for future product lines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior engineering leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5-10 year horizon) with a focus on 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Future-Proofing: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business insights.
