Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to forecast industry disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable, measurable goals for product and engineering teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market data to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Present complex strategic data and future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for the 2026 growth period.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful 5-year strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
