Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with executive business goals.
- Conduct rigorous market research and trend analysis on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Tech) to forecast future capabilities.
- Identify high-value technology investments and opportunities for digital transformation to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of future tech initiatives.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level stakeholders in a compelling, non-technical narrative.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments and innovation pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
