Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with long-term corporate vision.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Advanced AI, into core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
- Manage the budget for experimental projects and secure funding for high-potential initiatives.
- Establish thought leadership within the industry, publishing white papers and speaking at major tech conferences regarding the future of technology in 2026.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior engineering role.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning paradigms, and the principles of Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing high-stakes projects.
