Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive tech
- Lead blue-sky innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research collaborators
- Architect ethical AI frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and white papers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and fail-forward methodologies
- Drive patent development in emerging tech domains (minimum 2 annual filings)
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in quantum/AI adoption
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Executive certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS/Auburn)
- Track record of launching products with >$100M ARR impact
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive innovations from concept to market
