- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Design governance frameworks for ethical implementation of advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
