You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of future-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year projections
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future tech initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology assessments for emerging markets
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy journals
