Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams across 3+ global innovation hubs
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and commercialization
- Drive partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Quantum Flagship
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or synthetic bioinformatics
- Proven ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Active speaker at 3+ major tech conferences annually
