Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with sustainability goals
- Identify and incubate breakthrough technologies with 10+ year market potential
- Represent the company at global forums like Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Build and lead a world-class team of futurists and data scientists
- Drive innovation through $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or bioinformatics
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- PhD or Master's from top-tier institution (Stanford, MIT, Oxford, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global market expansion
- Patent portfolio with 3+ granted AI/blockchain patents
- Experience with Fortune 500 board advisory roles
