Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Manage vendor partnerships for cutting-edge R&D in sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
