Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present executive-level strategic briefings on future tech implications and investment priorities
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for technological disruption
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation management
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech initiatives launched within past 5 years
