Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities and threats

- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists while fostering a culture of radical innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes technology investments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on technology evolution (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
