Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration between engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, startups, and academic institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for strategic technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management, with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies across multiple domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
