- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technology trends
- Present tech strategy to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in strategic scenario modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
