Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify strategic integration points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and competitive positioning
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
