Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and tech giants
- Present compelling tech strategy narratives to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation and risk mitigation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across legacy and emerging business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven 2026-tech foresight
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation hubs
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience scaling tech operations across international markets
