Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in commercializing R&D innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech or business innovation
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD preferred
