- Collaborate with government agencies on future regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams executing multi-year tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Active security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
