Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business vision
- Present future tech scenarios to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage innovation incubator programs for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Public speaking experience at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Portfolio of published futurism research or patents
