Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for emerging tech initiatives
- Drive adoption of future-ready infrastructure and talent development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
