Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovation
- Mentor internal teams on future technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning preferred
