Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year tech roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/sustainability solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Drive R&D initiatives in human-machine collaboration and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present future tech visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior talent in forward-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in launching successful futuristic products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
