Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends like quantum AI and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions (e.g., autonomous systems, bio-integrated tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine collaboration
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology frameworks and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech projects or publications
