Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 tech strategy aligning with emerging trends in AI, Web3, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in executing innovation roadmaps
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation through MVP launch with agile methodologies
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members securing R&D funding
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
