Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, quantum-resistant cryptography) for competitive advantage
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligned with ESG 2030 targets
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year vision implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
