Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate future technologies into product development.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation by organizing hackathons, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
