- Manage innovation lab initiatives with $5M+ budget
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Strong data analytics and strategic modeling skills
- Certifications in emerging technologies (AWS Quantum, Google AI, etc.)
