Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI, or biotech domains
- Proven success securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
