Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3 and decentralized systems
- Analyze market data and competitor landscapes to position Innovatech as an industry pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions including AR/VR interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior team members in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or product development with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, blockchain, and neurotech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining digital products
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF)
