- Analyze technological disruption vectors and develop proactive mitigation/adoption frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation pipeline
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and futurist workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
