Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present compelling tech visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for ambitious projects
- Drive R&D investments in future-focused areas with ROI projections and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
