Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as industry thought leader
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor regulatory shifts and geopolitical impacts on global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Gartner certification)
- Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
