Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic tech solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable KPIs
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
