Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Certification in Technology Strategy or similar (e.g., CTS, CTO Academy)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major conferences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
