As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll work directly with C-suite executives to develop forward-looking roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives that will redefine how humanity interacts with technology in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-generation solutions in our innovation lab
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate breakthrough technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for client organizations facing 2025-2030 disruption
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and trend symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (TechCrunch, Wired, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
