Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and their enterprise applications
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct technology feasibility studies and ROI projections for futuristic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
