Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for R&D acceleration
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation-first mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or product innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures or enterprise transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
