Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market evolution and business growth targets
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neurointerfaces) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Monitor patent landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
