- Partner with product teams to embed ethical AI frameworks in all innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in exponential tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products with >$100M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience navigating global tech policy landscapes (GDPR, CLOUD Act)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
