Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop and execute innovation frameworks to integrate breakthrough technologies into core business operations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize R&D initiatives aligned with future market demands
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and competitive analysis
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
