Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future technologies
- Proven experience with quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech adoption patterns
