Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, Web4.0)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent filings for proprietary future-tech innovations
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Analyze geopolitical trends affecting tech deployment in 2026+
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
