- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into business strategy
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities in Web4 and decentralized systems
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and workforce transformation
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budget
- Present strategic vision to investors, governments, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
- Published research in tech ethics or innovation economics
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ international tech hubs
- Deep network in DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar innovation ecosystems
