- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation roles
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling for tech investments
