Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with clear KPIs
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Architect future-proof systems architecture with 10-year scalability
- Guide innovation portfolio prioritization based on market disruption potential
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen technology adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Strong analytical skills with systems thinking approach
- Exceptional communication for complex technical storytelling
