- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype future state solutions and validate hypotheses.
- Communicate complex technical visions and roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and strategic pivots.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
