- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across global operations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with Web3 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
