Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present compelling tech visions to stakeholders and investors through data-driven narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech implications and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global markets with cultural sensitivity
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation preferred
