Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key tech trends and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of next-generation AI models and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Act as a strategic consultant to C-level executives, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Oversee research and development (R&D) initiatives focused on longevity, synthetic biology, and advanced robotics.
- Establish partnerships with top-tier tech universities and research labs to secure future talent and breakthrough technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy or Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence architectures, Machine Learning pipelines, and Quantum computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
