Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems scalable for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Conduct high-level research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neuromorphic chips.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and data privacy standards are met for global deployment.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for latency reduction and performance scalability to handle massive data loads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity focusing on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential application in 2026.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
